The greatest story ever told is called,"The Lone Survivor" by Marcus Lutrell. It tells a story about U.S Navy Seals in Afghanistan fighting against the Taliban. And the story really goes into detail to show the brutality of war and and what some brave men and women go through everyday to protect their countries. The story can really tell the viewer that all their complaints are nothing compared to the complaints of the men and women that serve. This story really inspired and greatly informed me because I want to serve in the military too.

"If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you,
But make allowance for their doubting too"
I really like this oxymoron because I live by this sort of motto, When everyone else says you can't do something, you take all their words and use it as motivation to whatever you seek to do.
"If you can dream - and not make dreams your master"
If you have a dream or goal to achieve, don't push away other things and people just to get your dream, have a life outside your dreams too.
If you can make one heap of all your winnings
And risk it on one turn of pitch-and-toss,
And lose, and start again at your beginnings,
And never breathe a word about your loss:
If you can force your heart and nerve and sinew
To serve your turn long after they are gone,
And so hold on when there is nothing in you
Except the Will which says to them: "Hold on!"
I like this whole paragraph because it says, whenever you try to do something and fail at it, you gotta start again from the beggining to end harder and smarter then you were before.
"If you can talk with crowds and keep your virtue,
Or walk with Kings - nor lose the common touch"
When you made it to fame and wealth, don't lose touch to people who are close to you simply because they aren't famous like you. Don't fill up with ego but stay a true man to everyone no matter their circumstances.

(read the blog first then watch the vid!!!!)
"Can you tell us what was going on in your head while standing there at home base?"
"I'm just here so I wont get fined."
"What were you thinking off when the pitcher pitched the first strike?"
"I'm just here so I wont get fined."
"Were your teammates disappointing when The Great Casey struck out?"
"Hey I'm just here so I wont get fined."
"Do you think the Patrons were disappointing?"
"Still here.. So I won't get fined."
"What do you think of as the pitch is being made?"
"Hey uhh.. your time is up." leaves and answers phone call.
You did say have fun with this! :D

A hero is someone that is not afraid to risk their life for someone else's.
Romans 15:13
Greater love hath no man than this. That a man give his life,.. for his friends.
Yes, I think Shane will be hero (I already know the story) because he will be protecting the family in the future and almost give his life

Yes, I think Shane will be hero (I already know the story) because he will be protecting the family in the future and almost give his life
The book Shane is amazing. But I would hate to make it into a movie. First because it was already attempted to be made into a movie and it sucked. Second because even if the movie turned out good, the majority would watch the movie and not care about the book. Third is because it's just the type of book that cannot be remade into real people given roles and trying to act it out in front of a camera, it just wont work out.
I think I relate more to Shane. I respect all of my enemies and their abilities and I don't underestimate people's power. Just like Shane, I don't like to fight, but if I have to then I will ruin you and your pretty face. But I fight not to prove that I am stronger than someone, it's to create peace with my enemies, just like Shane with Chris.
Shane used to a gun-slinger, or maybe a mercenary, or just a good killer. I can't tell if he was doing it as cold murdering good people by the way he acts so nice to the family hes protecting. But his past is definatly tied with killing and he and Stark Wilson probably worked together, but Shane refused to kill as much as Wilson did so he left.
I would not take the deal from Fletcher after all of the fighting that has been going on for the land. It's also obvious that Fletcher will later have them kicked out of the land by the law because he now owns it. And if anyone were to ever insult my wife like that, I would have killed him on the spot he stood.
Wilson insulted father by saying that he might take his wife when he is dead.
Father was talking about Shane because Shane could protect them better than he could.
He can't take a married woman for his own especially from father. that will make him a coward.
Shane will find and kill Stark Wilson, and Fletcher.

Shane will find and kill Stark Wilson, and Fletcher.
Choose 3 characters and explain how they have changed.
Shane, an ex-gunslinger trying to escape his past only to find a family who requires his help to almost stay alive. Shane, has to go back to his old ways to take care of some people who have been causing the family trouble by trying to take their land.
Marian,"father's" wife who used to really love her husband has turned to falling in love with Shane and his work on their farm. She really isn't much of a big character in the book, but she has done quite a big stupid thing falling in love with Shane.
Father, he started to protect his land with Shane with all he could, he was ready to be killed by being shot in the process of taking Wilson down so that Shane could kill him and take his family. After Shane killed Wilson, and Fletcher and rode off, father wanted to leave the land.

Raoul Wallenberg http://www.ushmm.org/wlc/en/article.php?ModuleId=10005211
Wallenberg studied in the United States of America (WRB) in the 1930's and had established himself in a business career in Sweden. Wallenberg was recruited by the US War Refugee Boarding in June 1944 to travel to Hungary. His objective was to see what he can do to save Hungarian Jews.
He was given the job as first secretary to the Swedish legation in Hungary, Wallenberg arrived in Budapest on July 9, 1944. Despite a complete lack of practice in diplomacy and clandestine operations, he led one of the most extensive and successful rescue efforts during the holocaust (mass murder of 6 million Jews). His work with the WRB and the World Jewish Congress prevented the deportation of tens of thousands of Hungarian Jews to the Auschwitz-Birkenau killing center.
By July 1944, the Hungarians and the Germans had deported nearly 440,000 Jews from Hungary, almost all of them to Auschwitz-Birkenau, where the SS killed approximately 320,000 of them upon arrival and forced the rest into labor at Auschwitz and other camps. Nearly 200,000 Jews remained in Budapest. The Hungarian authorities intended to deport them as well in compliance with German requests.
With authorization from the Swedish government, Wallenberg began distributing certificates of protection issued by the Swedish legation to Jews in Budapest He used WRB and Swedish funds to establish hospitals, nurseries and a soup kitchen, and to designate more than 30 “safe” houses that together formed the core of the "international ghetto" in Budapest. The international ghetto was reserved for Jews and their families holding certificates of protection from a neutral country.

As we walk on the field
Band playing crowd roaring
Fans on the field for the run through
Mist of smoke in the tunnel
You cant replace the feeling for anything in your stomach
Chest can't breath
Band starts playing we run out clapping hands
The lights are bright you can only see the field
The team get's it up, 1-2-3 Alabama!
There ain't no place to be on a Friday night
Than to be under the lights
Clear eyes
Full hearts
Can't lose

Children usually have huge mood swings there and now, She was just in one of those moods where she needs to get what she wants or it's not the same. Plus, she convinced herself that her mother is a bad person it just adds to her being a complete jerk.
Of course this has happened to me before, not the same circumstances but same idea where I was just very mad at something I don't know what and ended up snapping on somebody I cared for so deeply

Football is my favorite sport, it is my dream to one day become either a safety, running-back, or defensive back in the NFL. I work hard almost daily to accomplish my dream, there can be a few challenges with my leg, previous injures that still bother me, the long ride to get to the place, and the worst one is that I live in Hungary. Hungary is a nice country with nice people, but its a horrible place to be if you want to play football. But I keep my head high up, look past the challenges and consequences and look towards the goal. If I fail, its fine because fail really means First Attempt In Trying and it also means I should get my butt back up and work harder. And I know that if I keep working hard and not listening to what people have to say about me not making it, I know exactly that one day I will make it. Because at the end of the road through all the adversity, if you can get to where you want to be, that's truly winning.

Never has it shown of Mrs Frank being a bad parent. Just Anne was young at the time and a bit stupid. She thought she may have been repulsive or annoying because of the things her mother has done to her, not understanding that it was for her own good. And there really is nothing Mr. Frank can do because they are a married couple for possibly over 15 years if not more. And I think a man would always choose to keep his wife rather than child... And also it was quite stupid for Anne to go on a rant about her own mother and its just all really very stupid.. just like her.

I think it happens a lot at a young age where children think they know exactly what they are doing in relationships. They leave their friends because of a boy/girl they admire. I personally tend to stay away from relationships as I am young and not experienced enough to maintain one, because they never work and the kid couple splits up and its a bit sad because they may have been good friends but now never talk. I tend to stay friends with girl I like and if she stays around by the time I am financially stable or just mature enough being away from the care of my parents, then why the heck not?! But if it happens at this time, its usually a special occasion (person)
